Workshop/ Course Description

Sat 25th May Class starts at 10am until 4pm Suitable for Ages 12 and up with sewing machine experience. During this workshop I will show you how to build up layers fabric of colour & texture to create the charm and characters of animals. The aspects covered in the day are collage and basic free embroidery/ quilting. An inspiring scrap basket to help you create your picture, included in the price. The Hare in the main photo was created by a student, but you may have seen my Highland Cattle wall hanging that's been around for a few years! These gentle giants make great subjects for textiles, or you can bring a picture of the animal of your choice. My Frog, lizard & geese are popular and you could base your ideas on any of these. Bring a photo or picture of the animal you want to do on the day. On Holiday ? Sewing machine hire available for £5 Refreshments provided mid morning & afternoon. Please bring a packed lunch or pocket money for one of our independent cafes on South Street.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS Thanks for your interest in Studi0ne! We look forward to having you on one of our classes. We can offer a refund for your booking for 70% of the cost of the workshop, (less 30% for administration) if your cancellation is more than 14 days in advance, After 14 days & before 7 days this will be 50%. If you need to cancel less than 1 week before the class you will loose all your booking costs. If you book a course & miss a day this is non refundable. With this in mind we do offer however a chance for you to book onto another date of the same class for half price. This offer is valid for 6 months form time of cancelation. Alternatively, you could opt for a friend to go in your place, just let us know the name of your elected replacement!
