Spirals & Circles Quilting 4th May

Workshop/ Course Description

Saturday 4th May 10am / 3or 4pm Suitable for people who have done some quilting, improvers or those of you who want to perfect your curves & circles. Experiment with thread colours, practice central designs, all over patterns & boarder designs. An excellent class on Brushing up on Free Machine Quilting. This is where you drop your feed dogs & have the freedom to move your fabric to create quilting patterns. A reminder of how to set it up for free motion quilting & perfecting the art of stitch lengths & tension. We will create a Quilted Sampler that can be made into a cushion, bag or simple go in a file for future reference. Bonus Pattern- Textile Boxes that you see around the studi0 that have my threads & useful things in them! We will cover types of wadding, needles & the best threads for your machine, but the main focus of the day will be Free Machining techniques & exercises to improve your confidence. Refreshments provided mid morning & afternoon. Please bring a packed lunch or pocket money for one of our independent cafes on South Street.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS Thanks for your interest in Studi0ne! We look forward to having you on one of our classes. We can offer a refund for your booking for 70% of the cost of the workshop, (less 30% for administration) if your cancellation is more than 14 days in advance, After 14 days & before 7 days this will be 50%. If you need to cancel less than 1 week before the class you will loose all your booking costs. If you book a course & miss a day this is non refundable. With this in mind we do offer however a chance for you to book onto another date of the same class for half price. This offer is valid for 6 months form time of cancelation. Alternatively, you could opt for a friend to go in your place, just let us know the name of your elected replacement!
